Getting Your Carhartt Clothing into Your Hands Quickly

From the moment you submit your order to us online, rest assured that we work to make sure your Carhartt work clothes and apparel get to you in a safe and timely fashion.

Most Carhartt Items Available in Stock

Unlike many Web retailers, we stock nearly all Carhartt workwear in our stores, including specialized Carhartt flame resistant and high visibility clothing. When you buy Carhartt online with us, you can easily see whether an item is in stock or not. This means no long unexpected delay to get your hands on your Carhartt workwear. We also encourage our Web customers to call us for availability at any time.

Shipping Method and Delivery Times

We require around 3-5 business days to process and pack each order with care, (regardless of shipping method) and shipping requires on average an additional 3-5 business days, so you can expect to receive your Carthartt clothing 7 – 9 business days after placing your order. (During the busy holiday season, please understand that these times may be longer.)

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Please note that we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. All APO/FPO shipments will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail.

If you would like to expedite your order shipment or have a special shipping request, please call us about additional shipping options.

We use USPS International Express for international shipping. Before we ship your items, we require approximately 7 days to process international orders. Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that depending on your country’s policies, duties or taxes may be required before you can receive your Carhartt clothing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined by the weight and destination of your order. You will be provided with the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process.

Online Ordering with In-Store Pickup

If you live near one of our local Carhartt clothing retail locations in Minnesota or Colorado, you may find it convenient to order your Carhartt apparel online and then pick it up in person. Generally your order will be ready within 3-5 business days of placing your order online. You will be notified by email when your item is ready for pickup. There will be no shipping costs.

Tracking Your Carhartt Clothing On its Way to You

Once your order is in process, we’ll send you a notice giving you the date we expect it to ship. When your order is shipped, we’ll email you the tracking information, so you can click to view shipping progress. You can also log into your account with us to view your order status at any time.
